Opportunities

TransCanada Institute, housed in a renovated and media-enhanced old house, on the edge of the University of Guelph campus and a residential area, offers a lively and intellectually stimulating environment that is ideal for research and collaboration.

It has facilities for workshops and small discussion groups, as well as office space for graduate students and resident fellows. It also offers fellowships and strong mentorship to its sponsored postdoctoral and doctoral fellows, and an annual  award for the Best Graduate Essay in the School of English and Theatre Studies.

For information about joining TCI as a Visiting or Postdoctoral Fellow, pursuing graduate studies under the supervision of TCI’s Director, or proposing collaborative workshops or colloquia, please click here.
