Innis Café (2 Sussex Ave). $
All-day breakfast with rooftop patio with couches and tables. Located about an 8 minute walk from Hart House. Vegan, vegetarian, and halal options available.

Ned’s Café (150 Charles St. West). $
Serves hot food, pre-made sandwiches, and coffee. Located about a 7 minute walk from Hart House. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

OISE Café (252 Bloor St. West). $
Offers coffee as well as a selection of sandwiches and baked goods. About a 10 minute walk from Hart House. Vegan, vegetarian, and halal options available.

Pasta Pappardelle (130 St. George St). $
Make-your-own pasta. About a 6 minute walk from Hart House. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and halal options available.

Sammy’s Student Exchange (7 Hart House Circle). $
Located on the lower-level of Hart House. Cafeteria-Style. A variety of hot meals, salads and more for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

L’Espresso Bar Mercurio (321 Bloor St. West). $
Italian café and bakery very close to Holiday Inn, about a 10 minute walk from Hart House. Serves breakfast and lunch. Wheelchair accessible.

Off-Campus Dining

Bar Mercurio (270 Bloor St. West).  $$$
Upscale Italian fare right next to the Holiday Inn. Reservations can be made online. An 11 minute walk from Hart House. Six-inch step at entrance.

Bedford Academy (36 Prince Arthur Ave).  $
A large pub with a patio about 12 minutes on foot from Hart House. Good for groups. Patio and main floor are wheelchair accessible; washrooms are not.

Duke of York (39 Prince Arthur Ave). $$
Pub fare about 12 minutes on foot from Hart House. Accepts reservations.

Fieramosca Trattoria (36A Prince Arthur Ave). $$-$$$
Italian restaurant 12 minutes on foot from Hart House. Reservations recommended.

Free Times Café (320 College St.). $
Middle Eastern, Jewish and pub fare. Has a patio; good for groups. A 15 minute walk from Hart House. Wheelchair accessible.

Grasshopper – (310 College St.). $
Vegan fare about 15 minutes from Hart House on foot. No reservations.

Hibiscus Café (238 August Ave). $
A vegetarian, gluten-free café in Kensington Market. Open until 6 pm.

The Host Fine Indian Cuisine (14 Prince Arthur Ave). $$
Large Indian restaurant about 10 minutes on foot from Hart House. Good for groups; reservations can be made online. Some halal options available.

Kensington Market. $-$$
A lively area between College, Dundas, Spadina, and Augusta, with many bars and affordable food options. A 20 minute walk from Hart House.

Lee Garden Restaurant (331 Spadina Ave). $$
Cantonese food 17 minutes on foot from Hart House. No reservations.

Museum Tavern (208 Bloor St. West). $$
Brasserie and pub food 8 minutes from Hart House on foot. Reservations can be made online.
